  They mean well but the owners dont know how to run a business every rime i go the boy with a pony tail is alway busy fixing issues and the father is using two pos systems for ine transaction dad yells to son to come and help but son yells back im too busy , the shop merchandising is terrible and they just dont get how to run a buisiness the father needs to employ a person that can help him and retire the slack son ! They are not open on saturdays which makes things worse as you have to do buisiness with them only during buisiness hours, i get they have a personal life but as a suplier of goods and services why dont they open for three hours on sat and close earlier during the week to cater for the working class

  The two times in the last month I had a parcel delivered they did not even leave a delivery notice until the urgent notice and then they do not pick up the phone. When they do they are extremely rude over the phone and then extremely rude in real life. Actually the worst service anywhere I have ever experienced. Absolute piece of trash business filled with trash people.

  The ponytail junior will leave you waiting for over a minute (while he reads a paper) while you are the only CUSTOMER in the shop before he serves you.

  This LPO makes me want to move to another suburb where a post office is actually open to collect parcels after hours.

  They force you to buy books of stamps, when you just want a few individual stamps.

  I know it is a franchise business, but Australian Post should just shut them down for their non service to the public.

  Horrible opening times. Most people work Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, minimum.
